Job Description

INSIGHT MANAGERUP TO £50,000LONDON (HYBRID)THE COMPANYThis is an opportunity to be at the forefront of a data transformation project for a world-renowned public body, building out a team and setting up new insights processes.THE ROLEThe successful Insight Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up new insights processes - They are looking to do a transformation project to get all of the customer data into one place, meaning this role will contribute to the development of that and set up the behind scenes aspect too e.g. reporting. Useof SQL, PowerBI, workspaces, etc as well as developing new reports
  • You will be involved in moving into BAU reporting, as well as advanced analytics e.g. forecasting, segmentation, and more predictive analytics
  • Support in the build of a new data warehouse
  • Line management of a team of 2 Analysts
  • Utilise both of their data setups - CRM system for fundraising and membership that they query off. The second set up is for their retail data which is in Azure and has a data model set up to help build reports in PowerBI
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe successful Insight Manager will have the following skills and experience:
  • Ability to translate data and draw out stories from the analysis
  • Experience in one of the following industries: Fundraising, charities, retail, ticketing
  • Experienced in SQL and PowerBI / Tableau
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Good people management skills
