Job Description

Insight Consultant - CONTRACT** Digital Services Provider**

  • Are you experienced in the use of insights to drive decisioning for large scale businesses

    • SALARY - £50k - £60k plus benefitsLOCATION - LondonTERM - 12 monthsThen this digital services provider would be the ideal environment to utilize those skills, providing you with opportunity to diversify your consulting and insights skills.As an internal Insight Consultant to a variety of stakeholders across many different departments (marketing, product, pricing, finance, sales etc.), you will work closely with Insight Analysts and Researchers on shaping analytical solutions for stakeholders on broad business performance and how to ultimately improve customer experience, as well using these insights to provide recommendations and solutions to specific challenges and questions.You will manage one direct report in an Analyst as well as a number of external agency relationships, ensuring the busines has access to the best data sources for informed decision making.You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage through change and ensure results are achieved. You will need experience in project coordination and delivery, influencing and engaging stakeholders and leading from the front; the team is known as one that gets stuff done!Your background may be customer insight analytics, research or even management consultancy, as long as you have the skills to embed insights at the heart of a business, and the interpersonal skills to bring stakeholders along with you on that journey, then this would be a great fit.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Ideally educated to degree level in a relevant subject; numerate, marketing or life sciences areas
  • Experience within a research insights, customer or consumer insights position, using a variety of data sources to drive informed decision making
  • Ideally project and client management experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver engaging insights on how to improve customer understanding and engagement and business performance in a variety of areas such as Product, Finance and Marketing
