Leading online/social media marketing software organisation, with a global reach and a bluechip client list, has a vacancy for an Insight and Analytics Manager to increase customer activation and engagement for their clients, improving customer experience through data-driven decision making.WORKING ON A FULLY REMOTE BASIS, the successful Analytics Manager / Insight Manager will identify customer behaviours, creating and evolving segmentation models to forecast and extrapolate the effects of various customer strategies.This is a crucial role for the company and as such the successful Customer Insight Manager MUST HAVE:1) A strong background in customer insight, commercial insight, analytics or similar - ESSENTIAL2) Experience of creating and developing segmentation models - ESSENTIAL3) Strong experience of utilising recognised web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Omniture/SiteCatalyst or similar) - ESSENTIAL4) Ideally, experience of the online marketing industry, ecommerce or similar - HIGHLY DESIRABLE5) Ideally, experience of social media marketing/influencing - HIGHLY DESIRABLEThis is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking business who are looking to use insight and decisioning to make the customer experience at the heart of their proposition, so send your CV ASAP for a prompt response.
