Job Description

My Clients Jorney:A brand was established to support the founders personal health journey, and the primary focus has consistently been on making plant-based food healthy, delicious, and accessible.Understanding that what we consume is a crucial part of a healthy lifestyle, the brand recognizes that health is more than just whats on the plate. It encompasses all the small actions taken daily, and the brand aims to support the communitys completewellness journey by providing straightforward tools for a healthier life.Beginning as a modest recipe website, the brand has expanded into an app, recipe books, a restaurant, a range of plant-based food products, and a thriving social media community that is integral to its mission.The brand is still in the early stages of its journey and is eager to grow further. As such, it is on the lookout for talented, passionate individuals who have a love for food and appreciate the brands approach to business to join the team.About the Role:This is an exciting new position within the team, reporting to the Strategy & Insight Director. In this role, you will be assisting the Strategy & Insight team and the Digital Marketing team by providing actionable insights to drive various business channels,especially focusing on our FMCG products and our Website & App.Role Responsibilities

  • For the Food Products business:
    • Translating product sales and shopper analysis from various sources into meaningful insights with clear actions.
    • Managing custom database coding.
    • Developing and overseeing a suite of data dashboards to ensure they are updated monthly and adapt to the businesss evolving needs.
    • Managing relationships with some external data providers.
    • Conducting a monthly Product Performance Forum - a detailed review of our return on sales & external performance, and translating this information into digestible insights.
  • For the Digital business (covering app, website & digital marketing insights):
    • Developing and managing data dashboards to ensure regular updates and adaptability to business changes.
    • Supporting the Digital Marketing manager with regular reporting on acquisition, engagement, and retention trends across key platforms.
    • Assisting the team in creating and defining key audience cohorts across our digital platform.
    • Supporting the development of user journey mapping across digital platforms to better understand valuable interactions and improve user onboarding and retention.
    • Presenting findings to internal stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.
    • Assisting the Strategy & Insight Director and Senior Digital Marketing Manager with ad-hoc data requests.
What Youll Need
  • 2-3 years experience in a continuous insights environment (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar).
  • Broad experience across FMCG, as well as digital-based businesses. App experience is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Someone looking to advance in their career by joining a progressive business with a scale-up mentality.
  • Energetic, passionate, and eager to learn and develop.
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly numeric with good Excel skills, and able to effectively analyze and report insights.
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines, adaptable, and able to prioritize workload without compromising quality.
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
  • Confident in giving presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; communication with stakeholders is crucial for success.
