The RoleThe Insights team is an integral and fast expanding department within the LiveScore Group. As an Insight Analyst, you will continuously work with multiple teams, and across many areas, to create a thrilling experience for our customers. With an abundance of data at our disposal our analysts provide senior leaders in the business with actionable recommendations through a range of analytical tools.Reporting into the Senior Insight Manager, the key stakeholders for this role will be the Social Responsibility Team (SRT), the Head of Compliance, as well as supporting the Marketing teams at LiveScore.The role will be predominantly focusing on Social Responsibility, which includes our Responsible Gaming and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) departments. You will be monitoring and reporting on the behaviour of at-risk players, assisting in developing timely interventions, through to developing statistical models to enhance player experience and journeys. You will need to have a strong understanding of the remote gaming market.At the heart of it this role is to help the business better understand the players’ needs.Key Responsibilities
