The successful candidate will be working on a Global level, supporting our highly talented leaders, often working closely with theGlobal COO as well as teams in EMEA, US and APAC, that continue to lead the way in delivering world class work for our market leading clients,including Amazonglobally, Grab in Asia Pacific andSoundCloud in the USA.

What will you be responsible for

• Foresee innovation opportunities for the analytics team, support with commercial modelling and roll out across the business
• Leading and helping in the formation of a Product Innovation Committee to explore new products and bring them to market
• Manage and maintain commercial partnerships with our broad list of global tools and platforms that support our teams on a daily basis, such as Slack, Egnyte, Outlook, HubSpot, carrying out frequent audits and reviews of usage and KPIs, managing the commercialand relationships with suppliers/partners.

• Youll be responsible for identifying changes that may be required within the business as a result of a new implementation and facilitate adoption of new processes across the agency. This includes exploring opportunities to enhance business operations efficiencyand effectiveness through a combination of people, platforms and processes.
• Creating and visualising of strategic communications and industry thought pieces, working directly with CEO or COO
• Translating business problems into objectives and solutions, assisting the Head of Strategic Projects to define the scope of projects, ensuring they meet the requirements
• Managing internal relationships between agency regions and representing the Global Operations team in agency all hands meetings
