For more information about us, visit www.ctinsuretech.comand www.charlestaylor,com The Role Charles Taylor InsureTech is looking for Infrastructure Support Analyst to provide 3rdline support for across a global enterprise. The Operations Support Analyst should have experience administrating common services including Windows Servers, Active Directory, O365 Exchange Online, O365 SharePoint Online, network switches, and Wi-Fi access points. Key Responsibilities

  • Triage 3rdline incidents and requests
  • Investigate, resolve, and escalate 3rdline incidents and requests
  • Window Server administration
  • Active Directory and Azure Active Directory administration
  • Monitor infrastructure and respond to alerts
  • Investigate network down alerts
  • Provision and expand coming infrastructure resources like SAN storage, RAM, and CPU/vCore on virtualised environments
  • Work closely with our technology partners to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
  • Create and maintain infrastructure related documentation and procedures as needed
  • Effectively collaborate with stakeholders to gain collective buy-in on architecture strategies

    • Required Skills
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience with VMWare ESXi and vCenter preferred
  • Experience with Cisco switches or Check Point firewalls
  • Experience with the Nagios XI monitoring solution
  • Experience with Windows Server Support, PowerShell, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP required
  • Experience managing complex Active Directory environments
  • Experience with Office365 (AAD Connect, ADFS, SharePoint Online, Teams)
  • The ability to research and independently identify answers and acquire new technical skills
  • Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects and adhering to deadlines
  • Passionate about technology, and has interest in emerging tools, trends, and techniques across the industry
  • Spanish language skills are beneficial
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with proven troubleshooting skills, possess excellent communication skills, and be a self-starter who delivers solutions in high pressure situations.
