Infrastructure Analyst - London, 6 month FTC, up to £500pd (inside IR35)My Client, one of the largest fleet operator in the UK, is looking for an Infrastructure Analyst!Key Accountabilities:* Provide day to day support for the IT infrastructure* Proactive support and management of the companys server and shared storage platform* Development, improvement and adherence to processes and standards* Contribute to the infrastructure strategy & roadmap* Incident management taking ownership for technical issues* Problem resolution and root cause analysis* Infrastructure monitoring and reportingRequirements:Essential:* Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (2008, 2012,2016), Active Directory.* Virtualisation using VMware ESX (including VMotion, HA, DRS)* Experience delivering infrastructure projects* Experience supporting a highly virtualised environmentDesirable:* Knowledge of networks - VLANs, firewalls, VPN, TCP/IP, EtherChannel, LACP* NetApp (iSCSI and NFS, data replication, SMVI and snapshot technologies)* Server technologies and hardware (primarily HP) and blade technology (HP C class)* Linux (OEL/RHEL)* DevOps experience (Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Openshift, AWS, Chef)Experience and qualifications:Desirable:* ITIL qualifications* NetApp NCDA* VMware VCPIf you have above experience and expertise - apply ASAP as this opportunity might be perfect for you!
