Job Description

Our client are seeking a confident and creative individual to be responsible for supporting the firms information security awareness, behaviour and culture change program. The overall goal of the security awareness and education program is to manage informationsecurity risk by ensuring that all staff understand the security threats and what they need to do in order to act in a secure manner and protect the firm.The successful candidate does not necessarily need technical security experience as security training will be provided. This position would suit an individual with a training or user facing background.Duties:

  • Assist the development and implementation of the security awareness strategy, goals, and objectives through a holistic approach
  • Serve as an internal consultant and advisor with key stakeholders throughout the organisation
  • Maintain a long-term strategy while addressing current risks
  • Inform our strategy to incorporate and address emerging technologies and risks
  • Ensure that our information security awareness program communicates our security policies and requirements
  • Create policy and process documentation related to information security training, education, and awareness programs as needed
Skills:
  • Experience in vendor systems / external platforms focused on training,learning / and Service Management e.g , KnowBe4, Cofence, ServiceNow.
  • Ability to confidently plan, and contribute to projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Desire to learn and integrate new skills and capabilities
Flexible working and minimum office requirement
