Job Description

Job Title: Influence Account DirectorLocation: London (2 days per week in the office)Rate: Up to £400 per day (Outside IR35)Length: 4 weeks (Immediate Start)Role Overview: Our leading agency client are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influence Account Director to join the agency for an immediate 4-week contract. As an Influence Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in developingand executing influencer marketing strategies that resonate with our clients target audiences. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, managing campaigns from inception to completion, and ensuring the overallsuccess of influencer marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts and terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate influencer strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging influencer marketing opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on strategy and execution.
  • Strong network of influencers across various industries.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with large businesses and brands.
Location: This role requires two days per week in the London office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder.Rate: Up to £400 per day (Outside IR35).
