Indoor Sales Executive / Telesales (B2B)London Full-time, Permanent£25k pa plus commissionDo you have experience working within the logistics industry in a telesales environment If this is you, we want to hear from you! Here at Grafton, we are lucky to be working with a courier business in London who have a brand new role for a telesales person to join their team to generate new business opportunities.This exciting role is all about communication. We are looking for people who are not only experienced in B2B telephone based sales but someone who ideally has experience of working in the logistics industry. Lead sourcing, cold calling, qualifying prospects and developing new sales will be your bread and butter and you will be highly driven and passionate about the sales process.EXPERIENCE / SKILLS* Experience of outbound sales calling or customer service experience. * Possess excellent planning, communication and organisational skills* Sameday, Next Day and International sales experience preferred (training will be provided to the right candidate) * Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner * Proven track record in sales preferred. * Excellent attention to detail * Computer literate and experience in database navigation with the use of company systems, DA, X3 and Smart Consign.
