Pay: KR3 Start Date: May / June 2021We looking to appoint anIndividual Needs Assistant to work 1:1 with one of our EYFS pupils. The ideal candidate will haveexperience of (or willing to undertake training): early phonicsspeech and language teaching andlearning strategiesadapting learning to support theneeds of a pupil who needs hands on experiencedeveloping gross and fine motorskillsworking alongside a teacher /team to support pupil progressAt Penshurst CE Primary our visionand values focus on walking in the shoes of others; we are looking forsomeone who would embrace this vision and promote it through their words andactions.
