Job Description

Could you thrive in engaging supporters Do you have an eye for detailProspectus is thrilled to be working on behalf of a well-known armed forces charity based in central London to recruit their new Individual Giving and Support Care Assistant for a 2 years fixed-term contract.As a specialist Recruitment Practice, we are committed to building inclusive and diverse organisations, and welcome applications from all sections of the community. We invest in your journey as a candidate and are committed to supporting you in your application.Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing supporter donations, answering supporter queries on multiple platforms and supporting the Individual Giving Executive. Alongside assisting the team, you will process standing orders and direct debits as well as overseeing the Daily Receipts and Gift Aid processes. Finally but yet importantly, you will draw on your keen eye for detail to maintain donor records on the database and update supporters profile information.We are seeking a customer services focussed and organised professional with a proven track record of working within an office environment alongside excellent interpersonal skills. You will be an great communicator with meticulous attention to detail and manage your time well.
