Individual Giving and Gifts in Wills ManagerSocial Welfare CharityBased in Victoria, LondonSalary £38,000Charity People are delighted to be working in partnership with a Social Welfare Charity to recruit an Individual Giving and Gifts in Wills Manager.The Charitys aim is to tackle homelessness, poor housing and poverty at a young age and break its cycle into later life. To value every individual, nurture their potential and help people thrive.We are looking to recruit an experienced Individual Giving and Gifts in Wills Manager to manage and deliver the Individual Giving and Gifts in Wills (Legacy and In Memoriam) income streams for the Charity.You will use your in-depth knowledge and experience to write, create and deliver direct marketing and digital stewardship and fundraising activities; following an annual cycle including significant appeals at Lent/Easter and Christmas, e-news, supporter magazineand supporter survey. You will be a part of a friendly and supportive team of 10 and will report directly to the Fundraising and Communications Director. You will lead the Fundraising Administration team, to act as first point of contact for all enquires tothe Fundraising Team to ensure warm and timely responses.You will have:Demonstrable experience of success in fundraising in Individual Giving and Legacies income streams, including delivering strategies to retain, engage and recruit new donors.Ability to write inspiring copy that will win hearts and minds, by conveying the impact of the Charitys work.Experience of using a database to deliver excellent Supporter Care and a Stewardship programme that enhances both the retention and engagement of donors.Interested applicants should send their CV in the first instance.Closing date
