Job Description

At Lidl, were Big on creative, Big on making stuff that puts smiles on faces and products in trolleys and were looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active In-house Production Administrator to join our dynamic and ambitious Marketing Team.This is a key role in a busy central team and would suit someone who has a good understanding of the marketing mix, generating content and asset management.We have a hybrid working model for Head Office roles, ensuring you have a flexible work life balance.What youll do

  • Collate and prepare weekly product information, imagery and details from various systems and sources to enable the creation of various marketing materials
  • Curating to high standards and accuracy, customer facing product description copy for various marketing channels
  • Proofreading across owned channels on a weekly basis
  • Accurately update and distribute the leaflet advertising plan to relevant stakeholders internally
  • Liaising with Artworkers, Buyers, internal departments and external suppliers for sign-offs and proof approvals
  • Support the preparation for introduction of new asset and product management systems
  • Coordinate the filing/archiving/maintenance of asset library
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of campaigns related to owned channels
  • Working to tight daily and weekly internal and external planning and print deadlines
  • Ensure that the Lidl brand style guide and Tone of Voice is followed and adhered to
  • Communicating to the team manager any concerns, issues, missing information etc. in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a good flow of communication with the team manager giving status updates on completion of individual daily/briefed tasks
  • Constantly looking for and implementing opportunities to improve ways of working and communication between internal departments
What youll need
  • Fast-paced worker with high attention to detail and process-driven
  • Strong organisational skills and with the capability to balance multiple priorities
  • Proactive, inquisitive nature with an unwavering eye for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence with internal and external stakeholders ranging from commercial teams to creatives
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, in-house or agency, with retail, FMCG experience advantageous
  • Confident with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal grammar)
  • Previous experience using digital asset management and archiving collateral
  • Previous experience using Adobe InDesign (InCopy and Photoshop would be a bonus)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
  • Experience using projects management tools, i.e. ASANA, Teams
