Job Description

Are you an experienced Implementation Project Manager looking for your next challenge Look no further! Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a talented individual like you to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.With a daily rate of £700 (via Umbrella Company), this is an opportunity you wont want to miss.As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a Data Migration Project within the card space of our clients business. Youll have the flexibility of working from home, with monthly meetings in either Birmingham or London. Dontworry about expenses - our client has got you covered!What will you be doing

  • Building strong relationships with large finance institution organisations across the EMEA region.
  • Planning and coordinating all aspects of large projects from initiation to successful delivery.
  • Identifying resources, defining project roles, and creating project charters to ensure project success.
  • Managing the project work plan, holding the team accountable, and overseeing schedules and budgets.
  • Mitigating risks, resolving issues, and ensuring project goals are achieved.
What do you bring to the table
  • Previous experience in large-scale data migration projects within the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of credit card processing technologies (such as P1C/BASE Global/B2K) is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, and best practises.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and excellent budget management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
