I am looking for an experience Technical Trials Officer in Forage crops on behalf of a prestigious globally renowned plant breeding company. This is a rare opportunity to join such a successful business who do not recruit regularly, you will have the chanceto significantly develop your career and knowledge base within a company who provide exemplary training and working conditions.This role will be in the East Midlands where you will be joining a small and friendly team of technical people. You will be workingwithin the Crop trial and product demonstration side of the business where you will deal with a variety of forage crops.What will I be doing Planning and executing innovative trials both for the breeding and commercial areas of the business. Carrying outall trials work to include seed preparation, drilling, agronomy and harvesting. Keeping meticulous records of research data.What do I need Prior research experience in field trials is essential for this role. Spraying certificates would be a significant advantage.Excellent attention to detail with strong IT Skills. Team player, this a close-knit small team and you will be a valued member of it.
