Band 8a Imaging Document Project ManagerThe post holder will work as a member of the Radiation Assurance team to coordinate and deliver a range of activities at Trust Level, site level and within individual service groups, to ensure compliance with the safety standards and legislations. The postholder is responsible for the implementation, and monitoring the Imaging Document and Information Systems which will include systems such as Q-pulse which is the Quality Management Information System (QMIS).Act as a specialist resource to support users of information systems within Radiology, throughout the Trust and remote users external to the Trust. To support users of other Radiology led IT systems as appropriate. To ensure provision of day to day managementof the Qpulse and other associated imaging IT systems. To take responsibility for the efficient working of the Qpulse systems across the Trust to ensure that all data collection is of the highest calibre and the systems are used in line with solid governance.Represent the Trust effectively with all queries; this involves contact with both technical, managerial and clinical staff at many levels as well as Imaging Site leads, modality leads, RIS/PACS teams, the Trust Radiation Safety team and other internal andexternal staff. In conjunction with the senior leadership team, promote continuous improvement in service delivery, quality and safety, using current methods to improve productivity, workforce transformation and quality improvement. To support the deliveryof a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work.Location: East LondonTemporary: Expected to last 3 months with possible extensionHours per week: 37.5 hours per weekSalary: £35per hour (Umbrella) or £31 per hour (PAYE inclusive of holiday pay)
