Job Description

Identity and Access Management AnalystThe Team Join our Information Security team, composed of four specialized teams -Identity and Access Management, Operations, Assurance, and Engineering-dedicated to safeguarding Man Group. The Role Partner with business and tech departments to construct and refine security measures, employing a data-centric approach to ensure efficacy. Our mission is to empower the business by providing robust security solutions that support secure growth and innovation.As a technically minded team, our focus is clear: effective security that supports, not stalls, the companys momentum. Responsibilities

  • IAM System Implementation: Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of IAM systems.
  • Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve IAM related issues and challenges.
  • Access Monitoring and Auditing: Regularly monitor and audit access rights to identify unauthorized access attempts and potential security breaches.
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of IAM strategies and roadmaps.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand their IAM needs and translate these into functional requirements.
  • User Support and Training: Provide training and support to users on IAM policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with IGA tools such as Savyint, SailPoint, or similar, as well as the ability to develop software in Python are preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of IAM concepts, processes, and tools.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.) is beneficial.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are desirable.
