Job Description

As a Barclays Marketing Manager, you will support the delivery of the marketing strategy to International Corporate Bank (ICB) clients. Based in London you will work across a variety of marketing disciplines and channels, creating B2B campaigns to increaseawareness and consideration among our target audiences. You will use your skills to build the Corporate and Investment Banks pipeline of strategic content, fostering relationships with stakeholders to help achieve commercial priorities. Hybrid WorkingWe are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Were flexible on how thisworks and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may chooseto spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. What will you be doing You will be assisting and managing the creation and production of content for cib and ensuring marketing activity meets brand guidelines Developing content proposals and engaging assets for use across social platforms, using campaign performance and listening data to inform optimizations Liaising with Director, agency partners, internal stakeholders on production of content, co-ordination of feedback and sign-off requirements Working with Director, team members and agency partners on amplification of content through social media, events and digital marketing activity You will be assisting campaign activity, including involvement in media planning, content calendar planning, project and budget management, and reporting Delivering brand/ marketing needs for front office business sponsored third-party conference and events, including ads, logos, boilerplate descriptions, signage, etc Coordinating closely with Events, Roadshows and Sponsorship teams, ensuring we leverage and maximize exposure of event speakers and content for ICB marketing activity Assisting the team in identifying and molding raw content and briefs from individual ICB business lines and transforming it to deliver compelling, audience-relevant assets What were looking for: Bachelors degree level and marketing, financial services and/or agency experience Sound grasp of and interest in financial/ economic topics Exceptional verbal and written communications skills Solid attention to detail Skills that will help you in the role: Corporate Investment Bank marketing experience Project management and Agency management experience A team player with the ability to develop highly effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners Keen ability to identify and develop new content marketing that support the commercial objectives of the Corporate Investment Bank and International Corporate Bank Where will you be workingIn the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to nonewith a real buzz being created around the offices within.
