The team have one goal: ensuring IAM is effective and successful for our clients.Our consultants will cover every aspect of digital identity, including access management, identity governance and administration, and privileged access management.The role:

• Offering advice on IAM technology and contributing to technical and business process strategy
• Ensuring efficient operation of IAM systems and processes
• Driving continual enhancements to the IAM service, supporting existing programs; designing comprehensive IAM capabilities, encompassing both technological and business aspects, and implementing technology solutions
• Initiating business process changes for IAM and leading IAM projects or transformations
• Providing specialist guidance for IAM solutions in collaboration with Technology Architects, Engineers, and System Owners
• Understanding the broader cybersecurity control set, key threats, and their relevance to ongoing Identity and Access Management development
• Engaging with technology leaders, conveying key messages to support IAM solutions ongoing development
• Providing day-to-day support, maintenance, and development for Identity Governance and Assurance technology platforms; and exercising technical leadership to proactively guide the continuous development and strategy of Identity and Access Management fordesired outcomes.

Key Skills and Experience:To succeed in this role you will need:

• Proficient in working both independently and collaboratively within a team, with practical experience in IAM, including enterprise Identity and Access Management expertise and understanding of its role in managing business risk.
• Familiarity with key IAM processes, such as Access recertifications, coupled with strong interpersonal skills for building effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating IAM processes to business representatives and presenting at governance forums.
• Coordination abilities for IAM initiatives involving both external partners and internal teams.
• Experience in generating detailed designs and technology roadmaps, along with a solid general knowledge of IT and technology solutions.
• Expertise in IAM delivery using technologies like Radiant Global/Radiant ONE, global SailPoint, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or similar products.
• Sound understanding of security standards, relevant legislation, and deployment of IAM capabilities in hybrid, cloud, and multi-cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
• Demonstrated knowledge in Privileged Access Secrets Management (CyberArk), Directories (Active Directory, AzureAD), Authentication (including Strong Authentication and Single sign-on), Federation services, and protocols (SAML, OpenID), as well as PKI services.
• Background in financial services, banking, or insurance.
