A large International Environmental Charity is looking for an immediately available Finance Officer to join the team on a temp to perm basis.Client DetailsA large International Environmental Charity is looking for an immediately available Finance Officer to join the team on a temp to perm basis.Description Ownership of finance inbox Processing and where necessary coding of supplier invoices and internalexpenses. Ad Hoc project work to support the Finance Transformation. Securing and documenting approvals for purchase invoices from theappropriate budget holders. Liaising with external suppliers and internal account holders for any queries. Supporting the payment run. Reconciliation of creditors ledger balances to supplier statements/supplier portal accurately and timely manner and resolve any discrepancies. Support the team with day-to-day backlogs Bank reconciliation on daily basis Support managers with SAP update and project work. Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing accounts details. Assist with other team members with updating customers contact detailsProfile
