Job Description

Human Resources Business Partner – Recruitment Castlefield Recruitment are working in partnership with an NHS organisation that requires an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for a six to nine month fixed term assignment. This role is based fully remotely and has an annual salary equivalent of between £45,753 to £51,668 depending on experience.The organisation is leading on a large scale COVID-19 mass vaccination programme and require an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to oversee a team of Recruitment Advisors and administrative staff to ensure the delivery of the project. You will be an experienced HR generalist who has manged teams on previous occasions, and has experience and understanding of NHS recruitment procedures and systems.Key responsibilities will include;

  • Ensure the provision of a high quality service, meeting agreed key performance indicators and service level standards;
  • Provide leadership to the project’s recruitment team and expert Human Resources advice and support to members of the senior management team;
  • Work closely with the Associate Director of People to create a consistent approach on recruitment for the project;
  • Ensure that HR Service Standards are continually improved through effective audit/review and enhancement of business relationships, customer service, policies, systems, procedures and the development of team members.
    • Key experience and skills will include;
  • Educated to Masters level or equivalent experience;
  • CIPD Qualified and member of CIPD;
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development;
  • Good knowledge NHS recruitment systems and process;
  • Knowledge of employment law and NHS guidance on employment practices;
  • Up to date knowledge of current NHS issues, initiatives and their impact on human resource management.
