LTE Group are looking for an organised, collaborative, and proactive HRSS Recruitment Assistant on a full time (37 hrs per week) permanent basis, to help build our talent pipeline. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager. We can support a flexible workingarrangement, to include some remote working, but accessibility to our Head office in Wythenshawe or other sites within Manchester is expected when our office return commences.The LTE Group structure encompasses the strengths of each of our individual businessunits (The Manchester College, UCEN Manchester Novus, MOL) and subsidiary Total People Limited allowing them the freedom to focus on their own learners, colleagues, stakeholders and communities, whilst providing the support and added value of a Group. Eachof our 5,000 colleagues benefits from the opportunity to develop and progress their career within and across our wider Group network.Your mission In this role you will be responsible for essential recruitment administration, working with our HR Shared Servicesteam, hiring manager community and candidates, in order to deliver a leading recruitment service.Sense checking job requisitions in the recruitment system (iTrent)Posting job adverts to LTE Group websitesUploading adverts to external job boardsSupporting andtraining hiring managers through the recruitment processLinking with HR Administration team on offer approval completionsSupporting candidates from application through to on-boardingWho are we looking forIdeally from a recruitment administration background,either agency or in-houseEnthusiastic and out-going personalityExperience of iTrent an advantageDetail focusedProactive approach to workValues the importance of a positive customer experienceAdept liaison ability with both external and internal clients atall levelsWhats in it for youA challenging and continuously changing environment.
