The LTE Group is a unique social enterprise, dedicated to providing quality learning, training and employment opportunities across the UK - Join our group today!We have a great opportunity to join the HR Team as a HR Shared Services Assistant on a permanent,full time (37 hours per week) basis.As a HRSS Assistant, you will be acting as the first point of contact for all HR related queries, via phone, email and in person; responding promptly, whilst managing expectations effectively. To be customer focused at alltimes and deliver a high level of service to the organisation and external candidates. To be familiar with HR policies, procedures, and guidance to provide accurate and up to date information.
