The Opportunity An education provider (schools) is active in their search for a HR Systems and Data ManagerThis is a 6 - 8 month FTC - potential to become permanent Location - Pimlico - will need two days a week on siteSalary to c£55.000 on a PAYE basis Key Activities *Develop a plan for the next stages of the project to implement the new HRIS. *Review feedback from HO staff and resolve outstanding technical issues, or raise tickets with XCD to ensure resolution.*Complete integrity check and upload of school data, UAT, training and launch for the new academic year. *Propose KPIs and a suite of reports for monitoring workforce efficiency. *Contribute to the development of the HR SharePoint site and the website redevelopment and Intranet projects to ensure that HR and recruitment needs are met. Person specificationRelevant experience with HR Systems and Data to match the brief Sector experience in Education or not for profit desirable but not essential Eligibility to live and work in the UK This is an urgent position for the organisation
