You will provide valued input to our senior consultants and be a fully participative and active member of our highly collaborative and innovative client-service team. You will actively drive the growth of our business as we expand and continue to evolve how we work and help companies to win.What will you be doing as a HRBP- Researching, piloting and implementing applicable performance management tools- Training staff and management line and integrating with systems where appropriate- The research, configuration, testing and implementation of effective HR practices, processes and system solutions that are unique to each client- Generating training materials and running workshops as appropriate to upskill and grow people management capability for our clients. At times you will also be researching and building a business case for external training and development solutions- Providing legal and process guidance on industrial or complex employee relations issues, troubleshooting and offering recommendations for proactive interventions to reduce risk and exposure- Effective delivery of all internal HR administration processes including contract preparation, reference checking, new starters, probation periods, transfers, terminations, inductions, and HR data management- Working with our internal Strategic HR Consultant team to build and analyse HR data as required including building templates for monthly board reporting and information flows for absence management, headcount forecasting, performance management and salary survey completion- Reviewing internal practices, policies and procedures and making focussed, business-related and appropriate recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity- Generating and implementing of branded policies and procedures and employee information, including GDPR, Health & Safety, Disciplinary & Grievance, Dignity at Work and AntiBribery & Corruption- Support in the administration, implementation and roll-out of effective payroll and benefits solutions and communications as directed by our clientsOur ideal HRBP:- You will be CIPD Qualified- You will have experience of working with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation and be happy working as part of a wider team as well as autonomously- You will have demonstrable experience of deploying initiatives and project management- Experience in payroll, HRIS systems and competent in Microsoft Office Suite applications- Understanding of UK Legislation and Employment LawWhat will make you the right fit - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Willing to learn and a strong contributor of ideas- Takes ownership and responsibility of tasks and uses initiative- Calm under pressure- Ability to prioritise work and achieve deadlines- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills- Solution focused- Highly proactive and a natural problem solver- Organised and able to prioritiseIf you would like to hear more about out HRBP role then please click “Apply” now!
