Job Description

HR Systems Business Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors Integration, Consolidation - Investment Banking - LondonArnold Ash have been retained by a leading Investment Bank in London to identify and attract a HR Systems Business Analyst to support a SAP SuccessFactors Integration and consolidation.Requirements of the HR Systems Business Analyst (SuccessFactors):

  • Investment Banking knowledge gained through working on projects within both front and back-office environments
  • Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience
  • HR Systems integration, implementation, consolidation experience within Investment Banking
  • Experience of working with an enterprise reference platform (either vendor product or internal build)
  • Understanding of HR and/or Compliance Trading data
  • Ability to write SQL scripts (Technical BA / Technical Background)
  • Test scripting and execution
  • Data mining and mapping
    • Responsibilities of the HR Systems Business Analyst:
  • Assist in the Business Analysis phase including the translation of business requirements into functional specifications and creation of the associated workflows
  • Development and recording of test scripts
  • Carrying out system / integration testing and recording the results as appropriate
  • Identify limitations in the various system and / or interfaces and log them JIRA
  • Provide application support to the production environment as required.
  • All work is to be undertaken adhering to existing project and department standards for documentation, security, testing and release management.
