Job Description

Our global Digital & Technology team have a need for a HR Systems Analyst to support our APAC, EMEA & Americas businesses.

  • Partner with People Operations Community & Talent Acquisition Community to analyse the People Services and process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities.
  • Collaborate with global People Systems team & HR business users to analyse, prioritise, develop, and produce HR technology solutions, projects, and enhancements.
  • Support a range of projects and assignments to develop PeopleSoft Human Capital Management modules like Core HR, Absence Management, Integrations.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends with a focus on HRIS products & technologies including PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle HCM, Avature and its development, configuration, delivery, and support and apply these technology capabilities for solution designing.
Here are some of the strengths youll possess and the background youll need to be successful;
  • Degree qualifications in Information Systems, Computer Science or HR Business Administration
  • Technical/functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM or similar
  • Experience across recruiting systems like Avature, Taleo, or similar; Document management system like OpenText; and Time and Attendance systems like Kronos, ADP technology or similar will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications like MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Understanding of ServiceNow and JIRA Tool and working experience in Agile Methodology is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate strong aptitude for complex problem solving and make systematic comparison between alternatives
  • Analytical and forward thinking to anticipate future problems/risks and develop mitigation plans.
