Job Description

Frazer Jones are working exclusively with one of the worlds leading wealth management firms to help them build their Reward and HR Analytics team. One of the key hires for them is a newly created HR Reporting Analyst role to support the Head of Reward.Your key duties will be to assess the requirements of the stakeholders, extract the relevant data from their various HR systems, and deliver reports in a clear, concise and understandable way.The firm offer hybrid working in a highly collegiate environment, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to grow and develop as part of a new team.Based in their stunning London offices, the role will see you interacting with colleagues from across the firms international locations, and at all levels. As the HR Reporting Analyst you will be part of a growing team that will play a pivotal role in thedevelopment of the firms Global HR function. Duties will include;

  • Working with different key stakeholders around the world, including the Global Head of HR, and other end users to gather data and requirements
  • Providing solutions to regular and ad hoc reporting needs of the business
  • Providing reporting support through the preparation and delivery of systematic generated data
  • Designing, building and delivering functional and useful reports via the current HR system and Excel
  • Take responsibility for recommending, creating, editing, and delivering standard (BAU) weekly/monthly/quarterly HR reports, as well as completing ad-hoc requests as needed
  • Reporting designs and solutions in charts, tables, graphs
  • Regularly meeting with stakeholders to review their requirements and data accuracy
  • Managing data privacy and confidentiality
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Reporting or HR Analytics Analyst looking to broaden their experience and knowledge at a prestigious and well-respected organisation. But they will also consider candidates with a couple of years experience in amore general HR role with some exposure to HR systems and Reporting who would like to do more in this area.Ideal candidates will have gained experience within a commercial environment, be highly analytically minded, have advanced Excel skills and hopefully be familiar with using a HR system.
