Job Description

HR Project ManagerStart: ASAPLength: 8 monthsLocation: 3 days remote per week and 2 days in office per week (Office based in London)Rate: £500 - £600 per dayIR35: OutsideRole SummaryOur ISP client are looking to hire a HR Project Manager to come in for 6-8 months to deliver 3 projects.

  • Goal setting, performance management and Scorecard implantation across the organisation
  • Implementing our behavioural competency framework into HR policy and processes
  • Taking the client into a 24/7 operating/coverage model
Key Skills
  • Previous HR Project Management experience
  • Solid knowledge of Recruitment process
  • Agile, pragmatic personality and approach to work
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly organised and good project management discipline experience
  • Very good stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience with HR policies and processes
  • Someone to drive the output of the above projects as much of the content required already exists.
