Job Description

HR Project Coordinator required for a six month contract based in London.Previous experience of working on HR Projects would be advantageous!Client DetailsYou will be working for a global IT company based in London.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the HR Project Coordinator will be as follows:

  • Assist with an ongoing review of employee contracts and issue new contracts as/where needed
  • Migration of paper files onto the cloud - scanning and filing - due to this you will be required to go into the office at least 3 days per week
  • Assist with the transition from SharePoint to iManage - the new document management system
ProfileThe successful HR Project Coordinator will possess the following:
  • A good level of ER understanding/experience
  • High level attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
Job OfferThis is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to assist with an HR Project on a six month fixed term contract.
  • Competitive salary paying between £35,000 - £40,000 for the right candidate
  • Hybrid working 3 in the office, 2 from home
  • Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.30pm
