This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in enhancing the employee journey through the provision of high-quality HR policyproducts. What youll do:As a Senior Associate - Human Resources Policy Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping our clients commitment towards developing the skills and capabilities of their managers and leaders. You will be responsible for creating innovative HR policies that areconsistent in style, user-friendly, and effective in supporting managers across the organisation. Your role will involve staying abreast with best practices in HR policy development, conducting equality impact assessments, leading HR projects, and developingHR metrics. This role requires someone who can balance competing priorities effectively while working at pace.
  • Review, develop and draft a suite of innovative and engaging HR policies and procedures that are user-friendly and effective in supporting managers and colleagues
  • Produce documentation, toolkits, guidance notes, template letters, frequently asked questions etc., to support the successful embedding of newly launched policies
  • Stay updated with best practice knowledge of the end-to-end employee lifecycle and relevant external developments
  • Build a network of stakeholders both internal and external and share best practice
  • Conduct equality impact assessments on new and amended policies and procedures
  • Lead on HR projects, working collaboratively across both HR and the wider organisation
  • Develop a suit of HR metrics and governance structure to support ongoing policy development
What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Senior Associate - Human Resources Policy Lead position will bring a wealth of experience in developing and implementing HR policies. You will have a deep understanding of employment law which you can interpret effectively. Yourability to manage stakeholders at all levels will be crucial in this role. You will be able to utilise research, data and insights to make evidence-led proposals and decisions. Your communication skills will be top-notch, enabling you to convey her ideas withimpact even under pressure. You will also have a broad HR generalist background with a proven ability to advise on and apply HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience of developing and implementing HR Policies, procedures, and guidance
  • Understanding and interpreting Employment law
  • Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level
  • Ability to utilise research, data and insights to make evidence-led proposals and decisions
  • Ability to communicate with impact under pressure
  • Experience of interpreting and applying knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
