Job Description

Currently recruiting for QA Analyst on a 6 month contract, a summary as follows:Role: HR/Payroll QA AnalystStart: ASAP/November latestLocation: Northampton with 2-3 days remote per weekDuration: 6 month contractRates: £450 - £550 per day inside IR35Day-to-day tasks

  • The Analyst will create test plans, oversee test execution and defect management, across the various functional streams.
  • Participate in the review of project deliverables including requirement specifications, functional design documents, and technical design documents.
  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new dashboards & processes to ensure quality goals are met.
  • Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
  • Define Testing standards and strategies.
  • Provide periodic Test execution reports to project stakeholders.
  • Maintain test evidences and other test artefacts for Audit compliance
Skills and experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Analyst in HR, Payroll and T&A area
  • 3+ years of experience in Testing core HR and integrations implemented using SuccessFactors
  • 3+ years of experience in Testing Payroll Projects implemented using SAP PY or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or ADP Payroll
  • Good understanding of the SDLC
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors modules and Integrations
  • Experience with implementing Global HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance initiatives
  • Automation development experience would be a plus
  • Certification in Quality Assurance would be a plus
