The deputy to the Head of HR is going on maternity leave any time from January to March, therefore they are wanting someone in place good and early in order to for there to be an easy hand over.While this role is more HR Ops than generalist, it still touches on more generalist HR issues. There will also be plenty of deputising in the absence of the HR D, and providing leadership for the other members of the HR team.The Role
