Job Description

HR Operations Manager - BenefitsLondon Permanent Up to £65,000My client a leading international law firm based in stunning offices in the City of London, are looking for a HR Operation Manager - Benefits to join their wider HR Operations team on a permanent basis. A broad and exciting opportunity for a HR Operationsexpert.The HR Operations Manager - Benefits, will report directly to the Associate Director for HR Operations and will be responsible for providing specialist expertise to manage and develop services across the HR function specifically around the Benefits offering.The key duties will include:

  • Build a portfolio framework for Benefits projects, over multiple years, to facilitate resourcing, vendor management and cost projection.
  • Manage projects that support key Benefits priorities, leading the scoping, planning, delivery, tracking and reporting against agreed milestones, in partnership with the Benefits Centre of Expertise.
  • Develop subject matter expertise on Benefits processes, data, complex and/or unfamiliar initiatives, and share information with stakeholders that is easy to understand and supports decision making.
  • Work collaboratively to bring together expertise from Project Management, HR Information Services (HRIS) & HR Shared Services (HRSS) as required, working with the Benefits CoE to understand and shape process & support requirements, including the creationof end-to-end process documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the HRIS team to drive resolution of critical systems issues, escalating to IT for expedited resolution as required.
  • Manage the set-up of new vendor relationships and manage ongoing service, including challenging the vendor service levels if needed.
  • Deliver timely communications across multiple channels that are aligned with People function strategy and the overall direction of the Firm.
The HR Operations Manager - Benefits, will have excellent knowledge of HR projects, processes and internal consulting skills, strong problem solving and decision making experience, good relationship management skills and communication.
