We combine high-touch consultancy with worldwide search capability and digital sourcing technologies to help you recruit better, faster and cost effectively.Job description:Are you an experienced HR Operations Coordinator with experience managing core areas across the full employee lifecycleDo you have a track record of working with quality HR programmes and systems/platformsDo you have experience working within a progressive HR environment within a fast paced backgroundIf yes we’d love to hear from you today!We have a fixed-term 6-month contract, salary paying up to £32,00k based in London.What will you be doingAs the HR Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for managing core areas across the full employee lifecycle. This role spans on-boarding, all elements of the employee lifecycle, through to company benefits, policies, performance, employee relations and HR systems administration, advisory and coordination.To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • ·Experience working within a progressive HR environment within a fast paced background such as retail, telecoms or tech, with shared service experience a bonus.
  • ·Experience of supporting and advising on Employee Relations matters.
  • ·Expertise using multiple HRIS platforms including Gsuite.
  • ·Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills and acute attention to detail.
  • ·Disciplined adherence to confidentiality policies surrounding sensitive information.
  • ·Excellent written & verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to easily explain complex ideas.
