Our exclusive and luxurious hospitality client based in the West End are currently seeking a friendly and hard working HR Officer to join them initially on a 12 month contract with a salary of £28,00 to £32,000 on offer depending on your level of experience.What does the role entailAs the HR Officer working in a small, friendly, hard working, busy and close knit HR team you will have a varied HR role supporting on all aspects of the People function. You will be involved in Learning and Development scheduling onboarding training fornew hires and refresher courses for existing hires. You will support performance and reward with all HR changes in to Payroll each month, as well as note taking on any ER issues that arise. You will work with hiring managers to create job descriptions andadverts for recruitment whilst working with agencies and job boards to fill vacancies too. This will be a varied role supporting on all aspects of the employee lifecycle from a HR perspective.What skills will you haveTo be considered for this HR Officer role you will be either immediately available or on a short notice period and able to commit to a 12 month contract too. You will have a passion for both luxury hospitality and HR and will ideally have a background inHR within Hospitality. Ideally you will have started your CIPD or posses other relevant industry qualifications.
