An interesting opportunity has arisen for an experienced/qualified HR Manager to join an incredibly successful and growing international group, in the Oil & Gas sector, supporting their two U.K. offices (approx 100 FTEs).The role is available due to expansion and comes highly recommended. The role will be a mix of remote and office support - the London location is near Victoria with occasional visits to their other UK location (post restrictions).Please read on if you hold a HR qualification - CIPD level 5 and over or degree/masters in HR, are an experienced HR Manager/ Head of HR and have exposure to managing TUPE transfers.The role includes:· Personnel planning and recruitment - from job descriptions to optimal staffing and contract negotiations;· Advice and support for managers on all personnel-related and employment law issues;· Supports organisation by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program;· Counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; and recommending changes;· Continuously monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary to ensure compliance with changes in law;· Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for all employees;· Carry out new starter inductions and onboarding/off boarding processes;· Retain historical human resource records, including filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records;· Liaising with external agencies with all payrolls across the UK Group;· Contract management of all UK employees, including change in terms;· Interface with the Accounts team to provide monthly payroll and recharge figures;· Participate in interim and annual external audits in relation to payroll;· Professional advice and support for employees at all hierarchical levels;· Operational personnel development including design and support of performance and career goals;· Interface with external agencies e.g. with payroll, head office, and various communities of expertise;· Support and implementation of international HR projects in the local organisation as well as continuous process optimisation in own area of responsibility;· Support of change processes, project and change management;· Coaching of executives and moderation of difficult discussions;· Management of the HR system, Workday.Your Profile· You have a degree with a focus in HR or be CIPD qualified· You will be an experienced HR Manager with stand-alone experience (5 years plus preferred)· You must have experience with TUPE· Experience of HRIS Workday is an advantage though not essentialA wonderful role for an articulate, switched on, career HR Manager so please apply today for immediate consideration.Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
