HR Manager - Share Plans (12 month FTC) London As a Barclays HR Manager - Share Plans, you will be focused on assisting with all matters linked to the management of deferred compensation in North Americas region. You will have an exciting opportunity be working closely with US Payroll, the local and regionalBusiness Reward and HR teams to facilitate the operation of the share and cash plans. What will you be doing • Assisting the day-to-day operation of share and cash plans (mainly in US and globally as and when required) • Co-ordinating share and cash plans tax withholding/reporting process with US payroll • Overseeing and co-ordinating the production of required US tax reporting • Helping the Tax Manager Vice President and US payroll with US FICA withholding process • Leading and managing required BAU reporting/MI • Dealing with employee queries in relation to the operation and structure of the share and cash plans • Continuing the improvement of BAU processes • Managing and understanding share plan data What were looking for: • Technical knowledge of and experience in share and cash plan design, administration, tax, legal and financial issues • Experience and knowledge of regulatory landscape for buyout valuations • Experience and knowledge of data management and ability to manipulate data quickly and accurately • Advanced knowledge of Excel Skills that will help you in the role: • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage own time, plan workload to prioritise and meet deadlines • Outstanding communications skills (both written and oral) • Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels of staff including senior management Where will you be working In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links.
