Its an exciting opportunity and they will be tasked with the day-to-day operation of the function whilst delivering on the below projects.Duties* Support our Medical Directors to identify workforce planning needs and adverse impacts on service delivery. * Ensure that all medical workforce organisational charts and establishment lists are consistent* Accountable for the end to end hiring of medical workforce requirements* Provide specialist advice on matters relating to terms and conditions of employment for our medical workforce, in line with third-party Trust / NHS policies and procedures.* Accountable for the processing of changes to terms and conditions, new starters, leavers * Take the lead on projects or pieces of work as designated by the Head of TA and People Operations. * Create process maps, Standard Operating Procedures, compliance calendar, and an activity schedule. * Create process efficiencies with customer experience and a reduced burden on Medical Directors at the forefront, consistently looking for opportunities to automate wherever possible. * Support our People Directorate in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of medical, including the development of quality standards and key performance indicators. * Establish and handover (with full wrap around) processes which better fit within other functions within the People Directorate.Essential experience * HR Generalist experience , HR industry experience in the NHS (Medical and Dentistry)* Relevant recent experience in a Medical Workforce role, which involves advising managers on all medical issues.* Production of reports and statistical data.* Previous NHS experience.* Recent experience of a variety of HR related issues, including maternity, annual leave, absence management and recruitment & selection.* UK experience essential
