Job Description

Position: School HR ManagerLocation: City of LondonRole: PermanentSalary: £36,500 - £40,000 per annumHours: 35hrs per week (All Year Round)TGP Recruitment are working with a multi-cultural Multi Academy Trust based in the City of London.We are looking to recruit an experienced Human Resources Manager in to this exciting and varied leadership role. You will be providing relevant and appropriate HR support to all stakeholders, whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all organisational procedures, policies and employment legislation.The HR Manager will also provide support for the Primary school within the Multi Academy Trust and will have the opportunity to develop common ways of working across the Trust as relates to HR Policy.Experience & Skills:The successful candidate must have a collaborative approach with an excellent working knowledge and understanding of employment law and best practice. You will also have excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.Experience working within an education or school setting is preferred, but not essential.The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified, minimum Level 5, and be able and willing to work towards Level 7 (or equivalent) if required. In addition, you will have an ability to organise and manage a varied workload, research & interpret relevant HR reports as well as initiate, maintain & develop effective working relationships at all levels.Employee Benefits:
