Job Description

Our Central London client is seeking a HR Manager to join their team as soon as possible on a permanent basis with a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 on offer. This role comes with a great perks package including private healthcare, generous holiday and the opportunity to earn bonus too.What does the role entailYour role as the HR Manager will be to support the Head of HR working alongside the HR Advisor covering a varied and generalist remit. You will manage recruitment campaigns ensuring a smooth process for candidates and managers alike, whilst manging agency relationships and performing right to work checks, DBS and Credit checks where required, through to issuing offer letters and managing the onboard and induction. You will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, providing advise to managers and staff alike on all policies, procedures, benefits and ER issues, escalating complex issues when required. As HR Manager you will take ownership of the Learning and Development portal including all input, amendments and administration. You will administer the employee benefits changing policies, processes and also providers when needed and also ensuring the bank stays the right side of regulatory compliance including FCA and SM&CR regulations.What skills will you haveThe ideal candidate for this HR Manager role will be conversant in either Hindi or Urdu and have an appreciation of East Asian culture, as well as being able to perform the above duties with ease. It would be advantageous if you have an understanding of FCA and/or SM&CR regulations all though this is not essential. It would also be advantageous if you have CIPD qualifications or other relevant industry accolades. Above all you will be a hard working, flexible and trustworthy team player, who when required can step in to support the management and development of the HR Advisor as well.What is on offerFor this permanent HR Manager position is the opportunity to join a supportive and friendly HR team and a CEO who really believes in putting HR on top.
