Job Description

HR Manager Full-time, all-year round NJC pay scale point 32-36 (£40,221 - £44,428) Permanent We are seeking an HR Manager to oversee the Trust HR function as part of our HR Team based at our central Trust Office in Norwich. Main duties will include coordinatingand managing all aspects of the Trust’s human resource function, working across all schools and acting as the main point of contact for Headteachers and school leadership teams. Management of the HR Service Provider relationship including supervision of thecontractual arrangements relating to HR suppliers and recruitment support.
