Reed Human Resources are looking to recruit a HR Manager on a permanent basis.**************This role requires you to be in the office 5 days per week ********************This is an opportunity foran ambitious and enthusiastic individual, someone eager to contribute to our client’s success.As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle in this varied generalist role.You will be responsible for all people related activities and ensurethat the companyattracts and retains the best talent to help themachieve theircorporate objectives.Your main responsibilities will be as follows:• Provide best practice advice and coaching to managers on all HR related issues• Manage, motivate and develop the HR Officer• Act as main point of contact with the external employment law advisors• Maintain all staff records in line with the guidelines set out in GDPR• Assist with monthly payroll preparation including notification of changes; assist with payroll query resolution.• Review and develop HR policies and procedures including contractual documentation and employee handbook• Manage recruitment, drafting and posting job adverts, manage relationships with agencies and support hiring managers• Manage on/offboarding for all staff including pre-employment checks, induction and exit interviews• Review and develop performance management systems including annual appraisals, 1:1s and quarterly reviews• Manage corporate health and wellbeing initiatives including occupational health and pre-employment screening• Review and develop employee benefits to improve attraction and retention• Provide HR analytics to support and inform decision-making• Any other duties as necessitated by your role within the organisation and the overall corporate objectives of the companyMain Requirements:• Demonstrable HR experience working in a similar sized/type organisation• Preferably CIPD L7 qualified• Self-motivated and strong organisational skills• Excellent communicator at all levels within business• Proven influencing skills and strong relationship manager• Demonstrable use of HRIS and reporting Benefits:
