Job Description We are currently looking for a HR Manager to work on a 12 - 14 month fix term contract! APPLY NOW!!!!!!!!! HR MANAGERLONDON/GUILDFORDUP TO £60,000 PLUS BENEFITS12 - 14 MONTH CONTRACTWe are working with a global market leader who are looking for a HR Manager to work on a 12 - 14 month fixed term contract. The company are a people centric business who have an created an incredible working culture and this is a really exciting opportunityreporting into the HR Project Manager and working closely with the CFO. The role will be the first point of contact for all general employee relations and HR support across the company in conjunction with the HR Advisor.
  • Employee relations: guide and advise Directors with policy interpretation to ensure legal compliance of general employee relation issues e.g. performance, capability etc
  • Prepare and thoroughly review letters related to job changes, role changes, contractual terms changes, contracts etc
  • Ensure maintenance of appropriate policies and procedures
  • Ensure proficient use of the HR Database and producing management reports
  • Monitor the costs against budget and report back to the HR Project Manager
  • Manage the back end of the Advance platform and any improvements to the system
  • Lead ad hoc HR related projects e.g mergers & acquisitions, performance management etc
  • Provide legislation related and best practice advice and assist with the process preparation and documentation for downsizing, grievance, TUPE exercises
  • Stand in the for the HR Project Manager during absence
  • Assist the HR Project Manager with research, due diligence and advice relating to opening offices nationally and internationally
  • Assist and manage the recruitment for hard to fill roles as and when required
  • Lead the Psychometric testing for all vacancies where applicable
  • Support the annual salary review process and carry out annual bench marking surveys
  • Provide support to the Remuneration Committee and Interim Head of People and Culture team as and when required
  • Working with the Compensation & Benefits administrator to review flexible benefits platform
  • Deliver in house workshops, seminars as and when required
  • Deliver HR inductions for new joiners
