HR Manager wanted for Luxury Retailer overseeing Shared ServicesSalary: £50k + bonusLocation: London/WFHThe HR Manager is responsible for the provision of a first-class human resources service, overseeing shared services, and head office employees. An effective communicator with high attention to detail, organisation and an aptitude for relationship building.This role will also take responsibility for the oversight and integrity of our HR system, and will also support the Group HR Director in the execution of HR projects and strategy, ensuring successful implementation.* Responsibility for delivering a commercial, group-aligned 360-degree Human Resourcesservice across all allocated client groups, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of all employee lifecycle processes.* Maintenance and accountability of day-to-day Human Resources functions, supported by a HRAdviser and HR Administrator, ensuring service is provided in an accurate and timely manner, complying with internal processes and polices, and meeting service level agreements.* Ensure the integrity of employee data and documentation, ensuring this is up to date andaccurate.* To confidently lead employee relations cases, including actively leading disciplinary andgrievance hearings as required, and within designated timeframes.* To lead the relationship with our third-party HR system provider, ensuring SLAs and thecommercial terms of our contract are met, and that we are maximising system usage for thebenefit our employees.* Support the Group Human Resources Director in the creation and delivery of MI and Reportsfor senior stakeholders.* Support in driving policies and initiatives to effect cultural change across the Group, in line with the HR strategy, such as employee engagement initiatives, learning and development, harmonisation, internal communications etc.* Foster and manage positive relationships with third party providers, including overseeing the completion of payroll processes as required, ensuring that the relevant information is effectively communicated and checked. This includes assuring audit requirements are met.* Work with the Group Talent Acquisition Manager on higher level recruitment within clientgroups, designing and implementing appropriate recruitment processes, and supportingbusiness leads in assessment and decision making.Candidate Profile:- Professional CIPD Qualification (level 5) minimum- 3 years solid experience of employee relations, including leading disciplinary/grievancehearings- Experience of working within fashion or retail HR preferable- Proven track record of successfully devising and implementing HR projects- Microsoft Office suite - Effective relationship building with third party providers and remote workforces- Good-rounded Employment Law knowledge - Line management experience- Can prioritise and manage a number of projects simultaneously - Positive, proactive and confident, organised and resourceful If this sounds like the next exiting opportunity for you, then submit your CV asap to Mandeville is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
