Job Description

A permanent opportunity for an HR Adviser has arisen with the local authorities in Southwark, London.Provide general HR support to a Leisure Insourcing programme involving the TUPE transfer-in of potentially 250 staff on 1 June 2023. The role involves supporting the preparation, including reviewing TUPE information and recruiting to key positions. The attachedoutline gives an overview of the required duties.Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with a diverse client group.
  • Ability to quickly and proactively establish credibility, trust and influence with key stakeholders and decision makers; influence and negotiate.
  • Ability to use variety of IT packages including: accessing, inputting, and compiling data. Willing and able to use, provide data, manage organizational structures and maintain HR data records.
  • Confidence in own ability to make improvements, willingness and drive to make positive change.
  • Customer focused and driven by the achievement of high standards and achievements through service/Business delivery.
