HR Data AnalystWe are currently looking for a HR Data Analyst to join an excellent business in London for a 3 year Fixed Term Contract. Ideally you will come from a reward, HRMI or compensation background dealing with large data sets regarding remuneration; with strongExcel skills including pivot tables, vlookups and formulas.Salary: £34,400 - £43,700 DOE Duration: 3 year FTC Office: Central LondonAs the HR Data Analyst, you will be very confident with large data sets and be able to demonstrate analytical experience, strong excel skills and ideally have experience in pay review projects.We are looking for a positive attitude and strong enthusiasm for delivery. It would also be a huge advantage if you are competent with PowerPoint & Tableau.Main responsibilities of the HR Data Analyst:* Responsible for recording, checking and posting a large volume of varied transactions on a daily basis, verifying accuracy of provided data and information and ensuring their adherence to the companys policies and procedures.* Check large data sets against the underlying contracts, agreements, or policies, as appropriate, to ensure accuracy and compliance with terms and conditions.* Liaise with internal and external clients in order to exchange information, clarify facts, investigate and resolve queries and/or problems* Analyse, review and process travel and expense claims for the company to ensure adherence to the policy and refer any inconsistencies and issues * Prepare monthly account reconciliations and liaise with internal parties to clear outstanding items to ensure the budgets are recorded accurately* Enhances and implements continuous improvements to the current procedures and processes* Produces variety of reports and summaries of data in order to support activities* Provides training to new team members to ensure team objectives are met* Accurate capture of data in SAP to ensure that financial commitments and departmental budgets are reported correctly.Key skills of the HR Data Analyst: * Educated to degree level - preferred* Strong analytical, problem solving and numerical skills* Previous experience of SAP is desirable* Strong computer skills (Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel)* Excellent interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy* Experience of working accurately within strict deadlines* Fluent English language skills, both verbal and writtenPlease apply or send your CV to: for further information.
