Duties;

  • Recruitment, on-boarding, exit interviews
  • Learning and development - co-ordinating and scheduling training
  • Payroll and benefits
  • ER cases
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Sending out all HR Correspondence, managing and co-ordinating all HR tasks
  • Skills and attributes
  • payroll knowledge
  • Excel, reporting and data analysis
  • HR knowledge across the full spectrum
